Eligibility, Refund & Exchange Policy for MtKenyaTrekking Lipa Pole Pole Safari Tours
- Eligibility
The Lipa Pole Pole Safari option is available exclusively to Kenyan citizens and residents. Park entry fees included in the package shall be charged in accordance with the applicable Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) citizen and resident rates for the designated park or reserve.
- Cancellation and Refunds
- In the event of a cancellation prior to the scheduled tour date, a refund of 85% of the total amount paid shall be issued, or the client may elect to transfer the payment to an alternative tour of equivalent value, subject to availability.
- Where a client fails to attend the tour on the confirmed date without prior notice, the client shall be entitled to a refund of 80% of the total amount paid.
- Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their tour date by contacting us in advance. Approval of rescheduling shall be subject to the availability of alternative dates and confirmation by MtKenyaTrekking.
- General Provisions
All refunds shall be processed within a reasonable period. MtKenyaTrekking reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time, provided that clients shall be duly notified of any material changes.
